Dreams Du Jour

Made this card with stampin up dream du jour stamp set. Colors used were old olive and ruby red.

I made a set and a purse for them to go in.

I think I will add some pockets on the inside to put like a bookmark and/or notebook.

I love painting with my stampin up pads to make it look like watercolors. I stamped the image with Staz On. The first two cards I used Pun Fun Stamp set. The third I used Fun & Fast Notes Stamp Set.

Open House Project

This is what we did at my Stampin' Up! Open House. I embossed the image with clear embossing powder on chocolate chip cardstock and used Doodle This Stamp set. I then bleached the image and after it completely dried I painted it with pixie pink and tempting turquise stamp pads using my blender pens. I stamped the background of the card with the swirls. Its hard top see in the picture. I also clear embossed the word thanks on the bottom corner. Below is what it looks like when you bleach the cardstock. I also included another example with the same technique.

Rock and Roll

Supplies:
Pixie pink, chocolate chip, Bravo Burgundy Cardstock and stamp pads.

I used a technique called Rock and Roll for the butterfly. It is from the Stampin' Up! set Garden Whimsy. I first stamp in the pink then rolled just the outside of the image around in the burgundy. I stamped the burgundy background with cordinating pad with the swirls from the Doodle This Stamp Set. I also dry embossed the pink with the seeing spots brass template. I used my slot punch to make the scalloped piece in chocolate chip going down the side.

This is a close to show the embossing.
